New Zealand Propery Index

The NZPI site has been on the Net since 1997. It started while I was at Massey University studying for a degree in Property Management and Valuation. During this time the Internet was in its infancy, but I could see the huge benefit to research and small business once the Net became more established and of coarse once we got a decent download speed.

Well, its four years on now and I've finally redesigned the site from its basic beginnings. I've tried to stick to the KISS principle (keep it simple stupid!) while providing good and useful content to those interested in New Zealand property. One thing I've noticed from my site statistics through 2001, is all the traffic that comes from the USA, Britain and Europe, and Asia. The internet truely creates a global learning environment. I have had many an interesting email conversation with people from all over the world.

As a bit of brief background, I live in the fabulous city of Wellington, the capital city of New Zealand, located at the southern tip of the North Island. Wellington is a unique city surrounded by a beautiful natural harbour, big enough to have so many restaurants you could fill your house with stolen salt shakers, while small enough to have a unique personality and style all of its own. Wellington is known for its arts, theatre and musical attractions, and is the home of the film trilogy, Lord of the Rings. Amen.
