Golden Feather Realty specializes in the management and disposition of single-family homes. We are nationwide real estate asset managers for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Golden Feather Realty, in conjunction with HUD, concluded its successful national Pilot Program in 1999 (where HUD created a private - public partnership that took a previously managed Federal Government function and outsourced it to private real estate professionals). Golden Feather Realty now brings its unique experience and expertise to all of California, Northern Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee, Kentucky and Pennsylvania. We are pleased to be selected as HUD's Contractor to manage and market their homes in these states. The early and continuing success of Golden Feather Realty's participation in the M&M program is shown on our M&M Progress Report.

We do not directly sell these homes to the public, but support the real estate brokerage community in performing this sales function.
